TL;DR

Alliances Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Designing and implementing a successful Managed Service Provider Partner strategy with an accent on developing strong relationships, creating marketing & sales campaigns, and driving revenue within the MSP ecosystem. Focus on identifying and recruiting partners, developing global strategic joint business plans, and supporting joint sales pursuit activities.

Location: Onsite in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. Travel up to 50% is required.

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with partners for successful engagement, launches, and enablement.
  • Develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship.
  • Support joint sales pursuit activities, develop sufficient pipeline, and execute to drive revenue within SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts.
  • Present and promote hirify.global’s value proposition and capabilities to enable partners to build a profitable hirify.global business.
  • Manage all relationship interlocks, including executive, product development, marketing, and delivery.
  • Develop and execute capacity and joint solution development plans with emphasis on targeted industry markets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading MSP/MDR Partners of at least 2 to 5 years of exceeding revenue targets.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience managing strategic MSP/MDR accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • A good understanding of the MSP & MDR partner operating models and the Australian and New Zealand partner landscape.
  • Experience and success operating within the Enterprise software market, ideally within SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
