What you will do

• Prepare company overviews and develop target lists for business development.
• Identify potential candidates using online and proprietary tools.
• Determine organizational structures by calling companies.
• Input and update confidential candidate records in CRM.
• Participate in designing search and business development strategies.
• Develop candidate target lists for Senior Associates.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution is required.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly about business and industry characteristics.
• High emotional maturity (EQ) with conceptual and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal direction.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated discretion and appreciation for strict confidentiality of client and candidate information.
• Must have US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis-Nexis).
