What you will do
- Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy aligned with hirify.global Digital’s goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, content, and playbooks for sales teams, partnering with SMEs and product marketing.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for continuous development of the sales team.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and track impact on sales performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the Sales team, providing guidance on methodologies and best practices.
- Support sellers in broadening from solution selling to positioning the full Talent Suite.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
- Background in instructional design to build and enhance sales training programs.
- Experience enabling sellers on complex, multi-product platforms, with strong preference for HR tech enablement experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Domain experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.
- Experience in a fast-growing, scale-up environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
