What you will do

  • Deliver reward and job evaluation workstreams within broader client engagements.
  • Support the design of reward strategies, grading structures, and pay frameworks.
  • Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking activities using hirify.global methodologies.
  • Analyze market data to inform reward recommendations.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to gather information and validate outputs.
  • Build trusted client relationships through high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong Total Reward expertise – Experience across reward, job evaluation, or pay structures.
  • Analytical mindset – Comfortable working with complex reward and market data.
  • Attention to detail – Able to maintain rigor and consistency across analyses.
  • Client-centric approach – Focused on delivering practical, defensible solutions.
  • Clear communication – Able to explain technical reward concepts effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
