Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid working pattern requiring at least 40% of time in Edinburgh, Bristol, or London hubs.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of impactful applied behavioural research to identify and mitigate organisational risks.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support risk reviews.
• Provide expert advice on ethical research practices and behavioural interventions.
• Synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve collective delivery goals.
• Collaborate across the Group to integrate behavioural risk insights into business strategy.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in applied research design, methodology, and hypothesis testing.
• Strong project management capability with experience leading end-to-end engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Effective people management and coaching abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting audits aligned to IIA Topical Requirements.
• Background in financial services or consulting.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research tools.
• Experience implementing behavioural change interventions.
