What you will do

• Deliver job architecture and career framework workstreams within broader transformation programmes.
• Conduct job analysis and work measurement activities to design job families, levels, and career pathways.
• Support the development of scalable frameworks underpinning reward, talent, and development processes.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to gather insights and validate design outputs.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and workshops focused on work and career architecture.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, applying hirify.global methodologies with rigour and consistency.

Requirements

• Experience in job architecture, job families, or career frameworks projects.
• Background in consulting, reward, HR transformation, or internal W&CA roles.
• Exposure to job evaluation and work measurement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Clear communication skills in English to explain technical concepts.
