What you will do
- Define and implement a regional partner sales strategy aligned with APAC growth priorities.
- Own channel revenue targets and metrics for APAC, including pipeline creation and deal conversion.
- Recruit and onboard a portfolio of Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) to expand market coverage.
- Provide structured enablement, coaching, and product training to equip ISCs for success.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and various internal teams.
- Lead channel incentive programs and oversee contract governance and compliance.
Requirements
- Onsite presence required in Sydney, Australia.
- Strong experience in leading and scaling indirect go-to-market strategies.
- Proven track record in driving top-line revenue growth and accelerating partner-sourced pipeline.
- Expertise in developing and enabling channel partner ecosystems.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- English: B2 required.
