Focus on defining and implementing regional partner sales strategy, recruiting and onboarding Independent Sales Consultants, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to accelerate market coverage.

What you will do

  • Define and implement a regional partner sales strategy aligned with APAC growth priorities.
  • Own channel revenue targets and metrics for APAC, including pipeline creation and deal conversion.
  • Recruit and onboard a portfolio of Independent Sales Consultants (ISCs) to expand market coverage.
  • Provide structured enablement, coaching, and product training to equip ISCs for success.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and various internal hirify.global teams.
  • Lead channel incentive programs and oversee contract governance and compliance.

Requirements

  • Onsite presence required in Sydney, Australia.
  • Strong experience in leading and scaling indirect go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven track record in driving top-line revenue growth and accelerating partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Expertise in developing and enabling channel partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • English: B2 required.
