What you will do
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies and digital campaigns to attract high-caliber active and passive talent.
- Conduct executive search and headhunting for top-tier candidates across multiple regions.
- Lead first-round interviews and assess candidates using diverse evaluation techniques.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from application screening to feedback and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and debrief on candidate quality.
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on key recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically within the fintech industry.
- Proven experience in Executive Search.
- English proficiency: B2-C1 level required.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to engage in cross-functional HR projects and continuous professional development.
