What you will do

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies and digital campaigns to attract high-caliber active and passive talent.
• Conduct executive search and headhunting for top-tier candidates across multiple regions.
• Lead first-round interviews and assess candidates using diverse evaluation techniques.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from application screening to feedback and offer management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and debrief on candidate quality.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and report on key recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically within the fintech industry.
• Proven experience in Executive Search.
• English proficiency: B2-C1 level required.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to engage in cross-functional HR projects and continuous professional development.
