Compensation: $160,000–$215,000

What you will do
- Lead the rollout of new HRIS modules (time cards, leaves, LMS) and optimize existing ones, partnering cross-functionally.
- Audit historical data and manage the migration of remaining legacy data into the new HRIS, ensuring accuracy.
- Improve integrations and data flows between the HRIS and other internal systems.
- Design and implement recurring reconciliation processes across HRIS and downstream systems to resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary operational owner of HRIS data integrity and maintain system documentation.
- Own day-to-day system administration tasks including bulk uploads, configuration updates, and workflow enhancements.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of hands-on experience managing and implementing HRIS platforms.
- Direct experience leading HRIS implementations or major module rollouts.
- Strong background in data auditing, migration, and cross-system reconciliation.
- Experience designing and improving HR system integrations and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build governance processes and sustainable operational controls.
- Comfort working both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with HiBob (Bob) HRIS.
- Experience with modern, cloud-based HRIS platforms.
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
- Familiarity with cross-functional data flows between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT systems.
