What you will do

• Build and extend client relationships through recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates.
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles and build talent pools.
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
• Utilize competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates during presentation and short-list processes.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
• High School Diploma.
