What you will do
- Build and extend client relationships through recruitment process delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates.
- Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles and build talent pools.
- Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
- Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
- Utilize competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates during presentation and short-list processes.
- Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
- 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
- 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches.
- High School Diploma.
