What you will do
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment and hiring initiatives across Mexico and the United States.
- Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls, primarily in English, with Spanish as needed.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize hiring strategies.
- Drive systemic improvements to recruiting effectiveness and efficiency, presenting insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and strategic candidate sourcing, supporting both corporate and technical roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles.
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills utilizing platforms like OCCMundial and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct structured, consultative candidate assessments and manage multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written) is required for a fully English-speaking business environment.
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and familiarity with recruiting practices in Mexico and the U.S.
