What you will do

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment and hiring initiatives across Mexico and the United States.
• Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls, primarily in English, with Spanish as needed.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and optimize hiring strategies.
• Drive systemic improvements to recruiting effectiveness and efficiency, presenting insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and strategic candidate sourcing, supporting both corporate and technical roles.
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills utilizing platforms like OCCMundial and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct structured, consultative candidate assessments and manage multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written) is required for a fully English-speaking business environment.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and familiarity with recruiting practices in Mexico and the U.S.
