What you will do

• Take ownership of the entire product life cycle from scoping to post-launch.
• Ensure product-market fit by deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions before development.
• Leverage AI and data-driven decision-making to refine and prioritise product development.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to shape and refine product ideas.
• Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Support the go-to-market strategy by ensuring a seamless handover from development to commercial teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of understanding customer needs, participating in the product development lifecycle, and contributing to bringing products to market.
• Significant professional experience in Energy Trading, Renewable Energy Sector, or Financial Trading is essential.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and translating business goals into technical requirements.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Fluent in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
