TL;DR

AI Product Owner (Fintech): Designing and executing the AI strategy for the Credit Card Platform with an accent on delivering transformative, customer-led experiences through AI/ML. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Chester or Manchester, attending office at least 2 days per week)

Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do

  • Lead the design, shaping, and execution of the AI strategy for the Credit Card Platform.
  • Collaborate with Data and AI Strategy teams to deliver customer-led, transformative experiences.
  • Build, prioritize, and refine a dynamic backlog of high-value AI and machine learning use cases.
  • Curate the knowledge and data required for the implementation of AI and agentic solutions.
  • Define clear success metrics and maintain a continuous feedback loop to ensure value delivery.
  • Strengthen existing business practices by contributing to the organization's change program.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Ownership experience in an agile environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management focused on AI/ML or data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working within complex or regulated organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate user needs into prioritized backlogs and iterative value.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Gen AI and agentic systems.
  • Commitment to ethical AI adoption and responsible technology use.
