Product Manager (SaaS): Managing products within the Grow team to enable partners to scale electrified home energy device onboarding and management with an accent on product discovery, strategic roadmapping, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on building scalable onboarding systems and integrating AI tools to accelerate development.

Location: Hybrid (London) — requires 2–3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the Grow team in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead product discovery to identify customer pain points and validate opportunities using competitive intelligence.
• Analyze market trends and usage data to ensure a customer-centric focus.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to support effective delivery.
• Communicate product plans and trade-offs clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and accelerate PRDs and early prototypes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a B2B or B2B2C SaaS business.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments and setting direction.
• Experience using data, experimentation, and hypothesis‑led approaches to inform decisions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams (engineering, data, design) without direct authority.
• Strong design intuition and UX/UI awareness, including prototyping experience.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid work model.
