What you will do
- Engage daily with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored advice to optimize revenue through hirify.global.
- Analyze performance data and market trends, recommending pricing and distribution strategies that maximize returns.
- Support clients by providing strategic guidance, training, and best practices for effective platform adoption.
- Manage KPIs and analytical reports, identify improvement areas, and propose innovative solutions to enhance revenue strategies.
Requirements
- German native language proficiency, with professional fluency in Italian and English.
- Proven track record in Hotel Revenue Management, with deep knowledge of pricing dynamics and distribution channels.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis, forecasting, and defining effective growth strategies.
- Customer Success orientation, with the ability to consult strategically and support SaaS adoption.
- Familiarity with RMS, PMS, Channel Managers, and CRM tools.
- Ability to clearly explain platform potential and translate complex data into actionable solutions.
