What you will do
- Manage online and in-person sales negotiations with prospects in the Italian market.
- Participate in national trade fairs and organize on-site customer meetings.
- Proactively search for new business opportunities via cold calling and emailing.
- Analyze sales pipeline data using advanced tools to improve strategies.
- Work towards and exceed monthly ARR targets with an incentivizing bonus plan.
Requirements
- Italian as a mother tongue.
- English proficiency at B2 level for effective international communication.
- 6-12 months experience in SaaS or software sales with proven target achievement.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM management.
- Data-driven mindset and willingness to learn and improve sales skills.
- Team player with a strong motivation to exceed sales quotas.
