What you will do
- Support the Sales team during pre-sales activities, including discovery calls and product demos, engaging with hotel groups and translating their needs into solutions.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with each prospect’s business context, showcasing workflows, integrations, and features.
- Analyze technical requirements raised during the sales process and coordinate with internal technical teams when needed.
- Collect structured feedback from prospects and early-stage customers and represent their needs internally to improve positioning and features.
- Track pre-sales activities, demo outcomes, and technical objections in CRM systems, providing insights to support sales effectiveness and product evolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Solution Specialist, Sales Engineer, or similar B2B-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian; German is a mandatory requisition, especially for the DACH market.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS environments; exposure to hospitality or travel-tech is a plus.
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and B2B hotel workflows (front office, operations, revenue, distribution, guest communication).
- Comfort handling technical objections, solution design, and structured problem-solving in a pre-sales context.
