What you will do

  • Support the Sales team during pre-sales activities, including discovery calls and technical deep dives for B2B customers.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations, showcasing workflows, integrations, and features.
  • Analyze technical requirements, constraints, and edge cases, coordinating with internal teams for validation.
  • Guide prospects through product capabilities, best practices, and implementation approaches.
  • Contribute to pre-sales documentation, demo environments, FAQs, and internal enablement materials.
  • Collect structured feedback from prospects and advocate for their needs internally to improve product and positioning.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Solution Specialist, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or similar B2B-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • German is a mandatory requisition, especially for the DACH market.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS environments; hospitality or travel-tech exposure is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and workflows, with experience in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder conversations with sales, product, technical teams, and customer decision-makers.
