Salary: $85,000–$91,000 Base

What you will do

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards.
• Provide market insights and set realistic expectations for hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of IT recruitment experience with proven success in hiring.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present ideas confidently and influence decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing hiring manager relationships and setting expectations.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for public sector hiring.
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
