TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI, Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of UK&I commercial customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion of hirify.global's AI cybersecurity platform with an accent on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through upsells and cross-sells. Focus on conducting business reviews with executive leadership, presenting cybersecurity solutions, and analyzing customer engagement to manage account health and escalations.

Location: This role is hybrid with minimum 3 days a week in our London office. You will be managing a portfolio of customers in our UK&I Commercial segment.

What you will do

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing hirify.global customers to maximize their utility from hirify.global deployments and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Operate at scale, leveraging a one-to-many approach through Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Conduct business reviews with client executive leadership and health checks on deployments.
  • Present, discuss, and demonstrate hirify.global cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts.
  • Identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure customers are set up for success and facilitate renewals at the end of the subscription term.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service or Consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior business professionals.
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • This role is hybrid with minimum 3 days a week in our London office.
  • Must be based in the UK.
