What you will do
- Engage with partners virtually to drive activities and acquisition.
- Build collaborative business relationships with partner accounts and their customers.
- Create a pipeline with accounts, focusing on existing business and upsells.
- Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Keep up with 's product range and respond to queries, outlining benefits.
- Keep reseller and customer information up-to-date in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent desirable, preferably in IT or cyber-related subject.
- 4 years of work experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Outlook.
- English – B2
