What you will do
- Interpret advanced forecasting for multiple managed products to develop insights into account trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop joint business plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive revenue for the partner and hirify.global.
- Manage and execute complex account plans for partners to ensure engagements yield high-volume sales aligned with targets.
- Provide thought leadership for identifying opportunities and gaps in partner accounts.
- Influence partners to purchase hirify.global products and solutions as “sell-with” opportunities to drive the transformation of partners’ business.
- Serve as a thought leader representing hirify.global at internal and external events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
- 7+ years of experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
