What you will do

  • Identify, prioritize, and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in France.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Drive large, multi-threaded opportunities from discovery to close through complex sales cycles.
  • Articulate hirify.global’s enterprise value proposition, demonstrating measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead a virtual account team (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partners) to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a SaaS or technology sales environment with full-cycle closing roles.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic accounts and complex sales environments.
  • Strong account planning, prospecting capabilities, and executive-level communication.
  • Proficiency in consultative and value-based selling techniques, including business case and ROI articulation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Slack.
  • Fluency in French and in English.
