What you will do

• Create and implement strategic partner account plans for EMEA Service Providers aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for joint ventures, co-marketing, and solutions integration.
• Build joint go-to-market services and solution stack offerings.
• Drive high-level engagement between hirify.global leadership and SP’s senior executives.
• Develop and manage key partner relationships, including the full sales lifecycle from opportunity to closure.
• Track and analyze partner performance metrics, accurately forecasting SP business weekly and developing pipeline.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience working with Service Provider partnerships with proven GTM success.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record in managing large enterprise partnerships with demonstrated growth results.
• Extensive experience in the Technology sector, with strong background in network and/or cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data for strategic decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• French, Spanish, and English competency is desired.
