TL;DR

Lead GCP Partner Account Manager (Google Cloud): Accelerating hirify.global’s strategic relationship with Google Cloud Platform, driving results, and shaping the hirify.global–GCP partnership across all GEOs, ensuring tight alignment with Google Cloud’s priorities, programs, and routes to market. Focus on creating and executing joint go-to-market (GTM) plans, shaping strategy, ensuring consistent sales contribution, and managing the GCP alliance, including leading a team of Partner Account Managers.

Location: Hybrid in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, or Minneapolis, USA

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 a year

What you will do

  • Set annual and quarterly revenue, ACV, and pipeline targets for the GCP partnership.
  • Develop and negotiate strategic partner investment agreements with Google Cloud.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Google Cloud Partner Development Managers and field sellers.
  • Serve as the primary executive liaison between hirify.global and Google Cloud.
  • Develop and execute compelling joint go-to-market plays and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve GCP-focused sales pipeline performance and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Partner Management or Sales, with at least 5 years working directly with GCP.
  • Minimum 5 years in the IT system integrator, reseller, or ISV industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Direct experience managing or co-selling through Google Cloud Partner Advantage, GCP Marketplace, or similar cloud marketplace/alliance programs.
  • High-level technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, security, and application modernization mapped to GCP solution areas.
  • Deep understanding of Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
