What you will do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy across the European region to meet revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of deals through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Establish trusted, strategic advisor relationships with key customers, driving value for hirify.global products.
- Arrange and conduct hirify.global portal demos with support from the Sales Engineering team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales peers to optimize client value.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on sales results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of selling experience in enterprise consumption-based software platforms.
- Experience in the SaaS or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality and experience with outbound strategies (telephone, email, social selling).
- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Professional fluency in French.
Nice to have
- Experience in Telco, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS new business sales.
- Established relationships with customers who trust your advice.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including articulating ROI value statements.
- Experience with established sales methodologies like Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDPICC.
