What you will do
- Own and grow LinkedIn presence, from strategy to execution.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality B2B content.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn pages to drive engagement, followers, and leads.
- Grow and manage other social media and community platforms (X, Reddit, Quora).
- Analyze content performance, test new formats, and adjust strategy.
- Support colleagues' advocacy, helping team members and leaders share content effectively.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in social media and content marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn as a strategic marketing channel (strategy, content, analytics, optimization).
- Experience working with English-speaking markets (EU, US, global).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong content writing skills (less AI, more human-like).
- Analytical mindset and experience using metrics to optimize performance.
