What you will do
- Undergo training to understand core product features and workflows to provide accurate guidance.
- Act as a skilled traffic controller, providing solutions for community troubleshooting and identifying technical support issues vs. product feedback.
- Collect user feedback and improvement proposals, ensuring they reach internal teams, and follow up with the community when their input leads to changes.
- Engage and moderate across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit simultaneously.
- Act as the “voice of calm” during outages or critical incidents, centralizing communication and providing clear, transparent updates.
- Strategize on social media tactics and collaborate internally to contribute engaging content to social presence.
Requirements
- Upto 2 years of Customer Relations or Customer Service experience, with at least 1+ years specifically managing and moderating a large (5k+ members) active Facebook Community.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining an online community or brand across social platforms (specifically Facebook, Reddit, or X).
- Ability to create quick video walkthroughs.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, prioritizing clarity over noise.
- Must be based in Mexico for EOR employment.
