Location: 100% Remote, work from anywhere with at least 6 hours' overlap with UK time

What you will do

• Own influencer and creator growth strategy focusing on cybersecurity educators and technical creators.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators, defining tiers and engagement models.
• Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns across educational content and community activations.
• Manage end-to-end creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and contracts.
• Define and track success metrics for programs, including traffic, sign-ups, and ROI.
• Partner with Brand, Content, and Community teams to align narratives and integrate creators.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS, tech, or education.
• Proven experience building and scaling creator or influencer programs with measurable growth impact.
• Strong understanding of creator platforms (YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, X, Reddit).
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking attribution, conversion, and ROI.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or technical education.
• Familiarity with affiliate, referral, or ambassador-style growth programs.
• Startup or scale-up experience with comfort owning strategy end-to-end.
