What you will do

• Engage with the IT community through webinars, industry events, and social media platforms.
• Interview IT professionals and sysadmins to create compelling content based on their experiences.
• Manage brand ambassadors to amplify brand influence and create authentic content.
• Collaborate with product, SEO, content marketing, public relations, and demand generation teams to execute campaigns.
• Review and refine content, providing valuable feedback to other writers and teams.
• Monitor customer feedback and competitor activities to inform content strategy and positioning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5+ years of IT technical experience; knowledge of hirify.global or RMM products is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking on camera or in front of a crowd, with experience hosting webinars or AMAs.
• Experience writing for a technical audience, particularly in IT, development, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to manage social media channels and create content calendars.
• Track record of writing high-quality, high-performing content.
• Experience growing a presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, or other social/community platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree.
