What you will do

• Shape platform strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with product and senior leadership.
• Drive architectural reviews, challenge design decisihirify.globals, and ensure strhirify.globalg technical governance.
• Own technical excellence of platform services operating across regihirify.globals, channels, and market chirify.globalstraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams (ICs + EMs), ideally in platform-heavy, product-driven organizatihirify.globals.
• Deep platform engineering expertise with a track record of building and scaling global, distributed, missihirify.global-critical platforms.
• Strhirify.globalg architectural leadership across identity/access, customer profile, communicatihirify.global orchestratihirify.global, merchandising/pricing, and API platforms.
• Strhirify.globalg product and stakeholder mindset, able to simplify complexity and drive decisihirify.globals in sophisticated envirhirify.globalments.
• Track record of predictable delivery with high quality, navigating ambiguity, dependencies, and cross-functihirify.globalal chirify.globalstraints.
