TL;DR

Account Manager: Cultivating new and expanding existing customer relationships and understanding their needs to provide technical solutions with an accent on exceeding sales quotas and building a strong sales funnel. Focus on technical sales, large and small account management, and excellent customer interface skills within the Puget Sound region.

Location: Based in Redmond, USA, with travel throughout the Puget Sound region and occasional national and international travel. US citizenship is required.

Salary: $110,000–$230,000

What you will do

  • Understand customer needs and identify technical solutions using hirify.global products.
  • Cultivate new customer relationships and develop them into lasting partnerships.
  • Expand and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Grow the territory and exceed sales quotas.
  • Build and manage a strong sales funnel.
  • Provide input and feedback to product marketing, service, and development groups.

Requirements

  • BSEE (or equivalent technical education) is required.
  • Technical sales experience.
  • Experience with both large and small account management.
  • A passion for helping people solve problems and an intense focus on customer service.
  • Self-motivated to learn and understand internal and customer processes.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and customer interface skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of customers, from R&D engineers to executives.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Puget Sound region with occasional national and international travel.
  • US citizenship is required.
