TL;DR

Location: Remote in Austin, Texas, USA

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key reseller partners.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of partners' businesses, goals, and motivators.
  • Collaborate on strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive customer acquisition.
  • Enable partners with product knowledge, selling best practices, and demand generation tools.
  • Engage partner and hirify.global leadership to gain executive buy-in and commitment.
  • Monitor partner performance and meet assigned monthly sales volume targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience with consistent quota exceeding.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate sales aptitude, assertiveness, and consultative approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
