What you will do
- Own and lead a commercial sales team, driving performance and consistency.
- Design and implement a structured enterprise sales playbook.
- Introduce clear stage gates, forecasting discipline, and pipeline hygiene.
- Build pipeline coverage against ARR targets.
- Partner on strategic deals with CIO and IT stakeholders.
- Shift the team towards proactive outbound execution.
Requirements
- 6-7+ years in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading enterprise teams.
- Proven experience building or transforming sales processes in scale-ups.
- Strong HubSpot expertise across pipeline design, automation, and reporting.
- Background selling infrastructure, security, or governance software.
- A coaching mindset.
- Must be able to work fully remote across Europe.
