TL;DR

Head of Sales (AI/SaaS Governance): Leading and scaling a commercial team for a rapidly growing Governance SaaS business with an accent on designing and implementing structured enterprise sales playbooks and fostering a culture of accountability. Focus on driving predictable, repeatable revenue and coaching the team through complex enterprise cycles within the AI adoption space across Europe.

Location: Remote (Europe), with preference for UK or Germany.

Salary: €120,000–€150,000 base + double OTC.

Our client is a rapidly scaling Governance SaaS company focused on securing enterprise environments and enabling safe AI adoption across Europe.

What you will do

  • Own and lead a commercial sales team, driving performance and consistency.
  • Design and implement a structured enterprise sales playbook.
  • Introduce clear stage gates, forecasting discipline, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Build pipeline coverage against ARR targets.
  • Partner on strategic deals with CIO and IT stakeholders.
  • Shift the team towards proactive outbound execution.

Requirements

  • 6-7+ years in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading enterprise teams.
  • Proven experience building or transforming sales processes in scale-ups.
  • Strong HubSpot expertise across pipeline design, automation, and reporting.
  • Background selling infrastructure, security, or governance software.
  • A coaching mindset.
  • Must be able to work fully remote across Europe.
