Requirements
- 5+ years managing successful outside sales teams.
- Proven experience with consultative selling methodologies.
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
