What you will do

  • Partner with other departments to ensure aligned and effective execution.
  • Communicate effectively during change and maintain team engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing successful outside sales teams.
  • Proven experience with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
