What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop Provider Partnerships Regional Managers (PPRMs), ensuring managerial excellence and accountability.
- Ensure consistent regional execution of shared standards for performance management, territory strategy, coaching, and hiring.
- Translate cross-functional priorities into clear, field-ready action plans with defined KPIs.
- Pressure-test field performance through regular field time with PPRMs, observing coaching and providing feedback.
- Support and help lead enterprise health system partnerships, driving adoption and expansion.
- Act as connective tissue between the field and HQ, partnering with various teams to remove blockers and scale effective strategies.
- Foster a patient-first culture that attracts and retains top talent and identify emerging leaders.
Requirements
- Manager-of-managers experience with a track record of developing strong leaders.
- Experience managing managers in a high-growth, field-based sales organization (healthcare strongly preferred).
- Exposure to large, complex health system or enterprise partnerships and comfort in senior-level external conversations.
- Strong talent judgment, including hiring, promoting, and performance-managing leaders with fairness and decisiveness.
- Ability to communicate clearly and partner cross-functionally to turn strategy into simple, repeatable execution.
