What you will do

  • Drive new license, subscription, and services revenue for hirify.global's workload automation products.
  • Adopt a solution-oriented and consultative approach to identify, progress, and close sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product management, development, support, and customer advocacy teams.
  • Define sales strategy and tactical steps for different sales cycles with regional Client Directors.
  • Manage new and existing leads in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Marketing teams.
  • Expand value for key customers by assessing upsell, cross-sell, and migration opportunities.

Requirements

  • **8+ years experience** and a demonstrated track record in enterprise software and services sales.
  • Experience with enterprise Workload Automation platforms (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, IBM Workload Automation).
  • Proven ability to position workload automation as a core IT operations capability across hybrid environments.
  • Experience with business process orchestration platforms such as Camunda, n8n, or Pega.
  • Understanding of RPA ecosystems and their role in end-to-end automation strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in workload automation concepts, licensing, entitlements, and pricing models.
  • **30%+ travel required**.

  • Sales expertise on business orchestration, Agentic AI, and GenAI.
  • Sales expertise on ERP and Business Process Orchestration to support digital transformation initiatives.
