- Develop the Sales Geography of South Texas that includes Austin.
- Find and cultivate new customer relationships that develop into lasting partnerships.
- Expand and grow existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and identify how hirify.global products can provide technical solutions.
- Grow market share and exceed quota.
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel.
- Provide input and feedback to product marketing, service, and development groups on customer product and application requirements.
Requirements
- BSEE or equivalent technical education.
- 3+ years of technical sales experience.
- A passion for helping people solve problems and an intense focus on customer service.
- An understanding of trending electronic industry technologies, standards, and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within the sales territory in addition to some national and international travel.
- Must have US citizenship or permanent work authorization.
