TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, IL: Accelerating growth through the technology ecosystem by enabling, educating, and expanding the adoption of Axis solutions with an accent on integrated, high-value use cases and strategic technology partnerships. Focus on identifying new markets, driving incremental revenue through coordinated sales and marketing efforts, and building trusted relationships across all stakeholder levels.

Location: Remote (USA - Illinois) with 50-70% travel within the Midwest Business Area.

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Proactively promote and educate technology partners and system integrators on Axis solutions, focusing on integrated use cases.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on assigned technology partners and their integrations with Axis platforms.
  • Research, evaluate, and document technology partner solutions that align with strategic growth areas.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify new markets, uncover joint opportunities, and drive incremental revenue.
  • Coordinate and execute site visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and speaking engagements.
  • Measure, track, and report on the success and performance of assigned technology partners and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
  • 5+ years in a sales-driven position.
  • Strong strategic account and partner management skills with measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative, trusted relationships across technical, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand, position, and explain integrated solutions.
  • Confident public speaker with experience delivering presentations, training, and technical overviews.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-70% within the Midwest Business Area.
