What you will do

• Translate user and regulatory requirements into functional designs and validated solutions.
• Define business logic for a Big Data system meeting financial regulatory requirements.
• Act as an expert, conducting business research and analysis across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate discussions and align expectations between Business, IT, and Data teams.
• Present analysis results and proposed solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Take end-to-end ownership from investigation to solution validation and sign-off.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product-related roles within software environments.
• Proven experience working directly with software development teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of banking and/or financial services environments.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and medium-level proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• English: B2+ or higher required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of wholesale banking products (FX, bonds, equities).
• Exposure to Big Data, Spark, or cloud environments.
• Experience with software development life cycle tools (e.g. ALM platforms).
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, automated testing tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Spanish language skills.
