What you will do

• Analyze, document, and manage requirements through the full project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and user acceptance specifications.
• Actively communicate with stakeholders to gather and formulate problems.
• Create detailed requirements for the development team's implementation.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to inform requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis and requirements management principles.
• Understanding of asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives), investment strategies, and wealth management operations.
• Proven ability to convert vague and unstructured information into distinct requirements.
• Experience supporting sales during the RFI/RFP stage and discovery phase.
• Good spoken English proficiency.
