What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and oversee product design, manufacture, and strategic marketing.
• Deliver comprehensive analyses and insightful reports to management to drive informed decision-making.
• Spearhead research initiatives to uncover customer needs and aid in tailored solution development.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and production schedules to align with customer demands.
• Manage the team backlog by breaking down requirements, crafting user stories, and validating customer needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business analysis or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with software products in an analytical capacity.
• Proven expertise with NetSuite applications.
• Strong grasp of business and management principles and best practices.
• Experience in managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, and writing user stories.
• Solid project management and business analysis skills, with an emphasis on Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Understanding of business operations, including purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance.
• Experience in developing user interface drafts.
• Proficiency in business process modeling.
• Professional certification (e.g., CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CPRE).
