What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Define, maintain, and optimize data models supporting validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Translate business rules and regulatory requirements into clear acceptance criteria.
• Develop data models representing core business concepts and operational flows.
• Support data mapping between legacy systems, new platform, and validation datasets.
• Serve as primary communication link between business teams and data engineering.

Requirements

• Strong experience as Senior Business Analyst and/or Data Modeler in data-driven or migration projects.
• Background in asset management, ideally private equity.
• Proven ability to deliver clarity, completeness, and traceability of requirements.
• Strong understanding of investment and financial processes and their technical workflows.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
