What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for application enhancements
• Create clear, structured requirements documentation and user stories
• Query and analyze data in relational databases (MS SQL)
• Manage and review Jira tickets for new tasks and backlog items
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities
• Ensure alignment across business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst
• Experience in financial services industry
• Extensive experience querying and analyzing data in relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
• Understanding of business processes and software development life cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience facilitating interaction between project teams and customers
