What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for ongoing application enhancements.
• Create clear, structured requirements documentation and user stories.
• Query and analyze data in relational databases (MS SQL).
• Work with product and engineering teams to review upcoming and backlog Jira tickets.
• Create and manage Jira tickets for new tasks and enhancements.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Understanding of business processes.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Extensive experience in querying and analyzing data in relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements, document and analyze requirements, and propose possible solutions.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in facilitating effective interaction between the project team and the customer.
• Participation in planning, dispute resolution, and risk evaluation.
• Verifying implemented products as per requirements.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work well independently and in a team.
