What you will do

• Act as a primary contact for business stakeholders regarding product features, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, processes, and rules in a clear and structured way.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for the development team.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that items are clearly described, prioritized, and ready for implementation.
• Collaborate with UX specialists to shape user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that reflect business goals and user needs.
• Support quality assurance activities by clarifying business scenarios, edge cases, and expected outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in a Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar product facing role in an IT environment.
• Background of at least five years in business analysis, product ownership, or a closely related discipline.
• Practical experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban in a product team setup.
• Proven record of writing clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including cooperation with business users, managers, and technical teams.
• Ability to model and analyze business processes using notations such as BPMN or similar approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience in a pure Product Owner role, owning a product roadmap and release planning.
• Background in domains such as operations, finance, ecommerce, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with UX discovery practices such as user interviews, usability testing, or journey mapping.
• Experience with additional analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of event driven architecture concepts and message based integrations.
