Location: Remote from Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, or onsite in Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Krakow, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Riga, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Yerevan.

What you will do

• Decompose business problems and design data solutions.
• Translate business needs into fully refined epics and user stories for software developers.
• Perform gap analysis and prepare detailed requirements for implementing automated data checks.
• Coordinate and analyze API integrations between systems, proposing automation opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain data mappings between systems and develop/document ETL processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and improve data quality.

Requirements

• Experience in Asset Management domain or CFA certification.
• Ability to work with business requirements and translate them into technical tasks for developers.
• 3+ years working with large data volumes and diverse data formats.
• Experience in data schema design, data modeling, and data mappings.
• Experience investigating and understanding APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL and ability to parse XML, XSD formats.

Nice to have

• Competence in Java or Python.
• Background in data engineering projects.
• Developer background.
