What you will do
- Partner with CFO and G&A leaders to develop people strategies that align with aggressive business goals.
- Build and utilize modeling to provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Champion an "AI First" culture, ensuring managers understand how to augment their teams with automated workflows.
- Lead the performance lifecycle using data-driven insights to identify high-potential employees and succession risks.
- Facilitate development programs focused on AI literacy, prompt engineering, and digital fluency.
- Utilize HR data to resolve complex issues and provide "Next-Best-Action" insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a technical field.
- Proven AI Curiosity and early adoption of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney) to enhance personal productivity.
- Experience supporting G+A groups (Finance, IT, Legal) where you were measured by business outcomes.
- Advanced ability to collect, analyze, and present data to influence senior-level decisions.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
