What you will do

• Partner with CFO and G&A leaders to develop people strategies that align with aggressive business goals.
• Build and utilize modeling to provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Champion an "AI First" culture, ensuring managers understand how to augment their teams with automated workflows.
• Lead the performance lifecycle using data-driven insights to identify high-potential employees and succession risks.
• Facilitate development programs focused on AI literacy, prompt engineering, and digital fluency.
• Utilize HR data to resolve complex issues and provide "Next-Best-Action" insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a technical field.
• Proven AI Curiosity and early adoption of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney) to enhance personal productivity.
• Experience supporting G+A groups (Finance, IT, Legal) where you were measured by business outcomes.
• Advanced ability to collect, analyze, and present data to influence senior-level decisions.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
