What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by managing strategic accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and maximize cross-sales opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of clients' business, strategy, and challenges to identify customer-centric opportunities.
  • Position hirify.global as a business partner leveraging consultative and value-driven selling.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and top management to generate and drive deals.
  • Manage proposals, negotiations, deal pipelines, and act as key interface between customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B and software sales with proven account management track record.
  • Strong initiative, business acumen, confidence, and competitive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at handling complex requirements and deadlines with minimal impact.
  • Location: Remote work from the United Kingdom
  • English: B2 level or higher
