What you will do
- Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts to improve renewal rates and secure timely renewals.
- Engage with customers to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and present renewal information.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing, addressing customer objections effectively.
- Track renewal performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and identify at-risk accounts using reporting tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and other internal teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights for complex renewals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in renewals with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Team-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Based in Madrid.
