What you will do

  • Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts to improve renewal rates and secure timely renewals.
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and present renewal information.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing, addressing customer objections effectively.
  • Track renewal performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and identify at-risk accounts using reporting tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and other internal teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights for complex renewals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in renewals with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Team-focused with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Based in Madrid.

  • Experience in database, cloud, or infrastructure technology.
