TL;DR

Account Manager, Enterprise (Marketing Technology): Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to expand customer relationships and maximize value from hirify.global technology and services, with an accent on commercially expanding customer relationships and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Focus on achieving quarterly upsell and renewals targets and collaborating with internal departments to drive feature adoption.

Location: Paris, with occasional travel for onsite customer engagement. This role implies hybrid working arrangements.

What you will do

  • Commercially expand customer relationships and develop/close opportunities up to $100K.
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Renewals Managers, and Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Solutions Consulting, Implementation, RevOps, Product, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Coordinate resources to drive feature exploration and adoption.
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewals targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, SaaS sales, with at least half of that time spent in a quota-carrying role and working with companies with 2,000+ employees.
  • Drive, determination, and accountability.
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to learn a feature-rich application.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with experience presenting value propositions to executive teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Office and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote.
  • Prior experience with salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage sales pipeline.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to quickly get up to speed on new cloud apps and tools.
  • Up-to-date on digital trends, especially in the mobile, web, and email space.

Nice to have

  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology.
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company.
