What you will do
- Lead executive-level discovery and solution selling with new enterprise prospects.
- Shape strategic transformation roadmaps aligning hirify.global solutions with business outcomes.
- Manage pipeline and CRM to prioritize and forecast new business opportunities.
- Engage C-suite and executive stakeholders to drive complex deals to closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solution engineering, marketing, partners, and legal teams.
- Mentor peers and stay current on regulatory trends and enterprise data challenges.
Requirements
- 8-12 years in SaaS with at least 3 years in enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Experience leading strategic discovery and consultative sales at enterprise level.
- Mastery of value-based selling and ability to influence multi-layered buying committees.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data challenges including privacy, compliance, and security.
- Fluent in English and French with strong executive communication skills.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris, France.
